This Privacy Policy explains how Kylor (“Kylor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you access or use the Kylor mobile application and related services, including user-generated content features and moderation tools. This version applies to a Kylor build that does not offer in-app purchases.
Kylor is an 18+ social and content-sharing application that allows users to create profiles, upload and manage content, interact with other users, communicate in-app, submit reports, and block abusive users. This Policy applies to the Kylor app, our in-app moderation and safety features, support communications, and related services provided under the Kylor name.
By using Kylor, you acknowledge that your profile details, uploaded content, communications, moderation submissions, and account activity may be processed as described in this Policy.
Kylor is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow users under 18. If we learn that a user under 18 is using the service, we may suspend or terminate the account and remove associated data, subject to applicable law.
Kylor does not currently request system permission for location, contacts, calendars, health data, Bluetooth, advertising tracking, or notifications in the current app build.
Kylor includes user-generated content features and enforces a strict no-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. We may investigate, restrict, remove, or report content involving:
We rely on user reports and blocking tools as core safety features and may preserve relevant moderation data as reasonably necessary.
We do not sell personal data. We may share personal data only where reasonably necessary with service providers, for legal compliance, in a lawful business transaction, or where published content is intentionally made visible to other users as part of the service.
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, safety review, abuse prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal data, but no security measure is perfect. If data is transferred across borders, we will take steps reasonably designed to support lawful handling under applicable privacy laws.
Where applicable, you may have rights to be informed, access your data, request correction, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, request portability where legally applicable, withdraw consent where relevant, and complain to a competent supervisory authority.
